Ashley Duwel

Ashley Duwel is a highly respected government contracting strategist with a rich training, coaching, and strategic business development background. As the Founder and CEO of Duwel Dev, a SBA-certified HUBZone/ WOSB, she has dedicated her career to optimizing internal processes and providing tailored training to help businesses and agencies achieve operational excellence. Ms. Duwel has trained over 15,000 students in government sales, business development, and operations, demonstrating her ability to impart complex concepts clearly and engagingly.
Her extensive experience includes roles as a Procurement Counselor at the APEX Accelerator and Director of Special Programs at Govology, where she coached, developed, and executed comprehensive educational programs for clients in federal and SLED government contracting marketplaces. A lifelong Defense Acquisition University (DAU) student, Ashley is studying to obtain CFCM with NCMA and working toward her PMP with PMI.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Duwel is a prominent voice in the government contracting community as Host of GovConHacks: The Podcast. She enjoys watersports and spending time with her family and pets. Ashley frequently attends industry conferences, speaking engagements, and panels, sharing her insights and expertise with a broader audience.
