Consent to Receive Electronic Records

By participating in the products or services on the Site, you signify your express consent to receive information from Duwel Dev, LLC in electronic format. You will need a computer with a browser and Internet access to obtain such electronic records. Electronic records may include terms and conditions, agreements, privacy policies, and other items.
 

License to Use this Site

Upon completing payment toward the Agreement, Duwel Dev, LLC at this moment grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited license to use this Site in strict accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement and as permitted via instructions on this Site. You agree not to make any false or fraudulent statements in your use of or to gain access to this Site. You acknowledge and agree that all content and services available on this Site are property of Duwel Dev, LLC and its advertisers and licensors and are protected by copyrights, moral rights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, and other proprietary rights and laws, in the U. S. and internationally.
 
All rights not expressly granted herein are fully reserved by Duwel Dev, LLC, its advertisers, and licensors. You agree to pay for any purchases and services made using your name and credit card through this Site, not to challenge any such charges, and to pay for all collections and attorney’s fees resulting from non-payment.
 

License Restrictions Use

You agree not to make any false or fraudulent statements in your use of or to gain access to this Site or during your use of this Site. Except as may be explicitly permitted through this Site, you agree not to save, download, sell, license, rent, lease, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from materials, code or content on or from this Site or that is property of Duwel Dev, LLC or any advertiser offering materials through our programs. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from this Site or the Site of any party offering materials through this Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from Duwel Dev, LLC is prohibited. In addition, the use of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in this Agreement is prohibited.
 
 

 

Duwel Dev, LLC Terms and Conditions

 

1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all products, services, and subscription packages (collectively, “Services”) provided by Duwel Dev, LLC (“Duwel Dev,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing or using our Services, you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable Professional Agreement.

Duwel Dev, LLC is a private, third-party federal business development firm providing education, support, and assistance. We are not affiliated with any government agency. Government registration is available for free at SAM.gov. Fees paid to Duwel Dev, LLC are for our proprietary services as described on our website and in our marketing materials.

The state laws of Florida govern these Terms, and they apply to both U.S.-based and international clients.

2. Definitions

  • “Products”: Digital deliverables provided for a fixed price, such as reports, documents, or other tangible digital goods.

  • “Services”: Professional solutions delivered in exchange for a fixed price, including but not limited to information, data, strategies, and monday.com implementation services.

  • “Subscription Packages”: Ongoing access to information, databases, support, or other proprietary resources managed by Duwel Dev, LLC, billed as a recurring monthly or annual fee.

3. Products & Services

  • Duwel Dev, LLC will deliver Products and Services in a reasonable format and timeframe as outlined in the Professional Agreement.

  • Users must review, agree to, and return the Professional Agreement before the commencement of services.

  • Additional fees may apply for support or engagement beyond the standard scope of deliverables and timeframes.

  • Third-party fees are not included in our pricing unless explicitly stated. Users are responsible for all third-party registration and related fees.

  • Intellectual property (IP) rights transfer to the client upon payment for design projects. For other services, Users may not share, resell, or distribute deliverables to third parties without written authorization from Duwel Dev, LLC.

4. Subscription Packages

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually without notice unless canceled.

  • Users may upgrade or downgrade subscriptions at any time with prorated billing adjustments.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 30 days before the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated in the Professional Agreement.

  • There are no refunds for subscription packages. Users are responsible for utilizing the provided support and tools; payment is required regardless of usage.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Services

  • Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected] within 24 hours of acceptance of the agreement and receipt of payment.

  • Refunds are only available for unfulfilled work if requested within 48 hours of purchase.

  • Once work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on time spent on the service.

  • No refunds will be issued after the complete delivery of services or after 48 hours.

Subscriptions

  • No refunds are available for subscription packages.

  • To avoid future charges, cancellations must be submitted no later than five (5) business days before the next billing cycle.

  • Cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected] with the required information.

  • Users must ensure the cancellation process is completed to avoid additional billing.

6. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be addressed through mediation or arbitration before pursuing any other legal remedies.

  • Both parties agree to share the costs of mediation or arbitration equally unless otherwise required by law.

7. Liability & Indemnification

  • Duwel Dev, LLC’s liability is limited to the amount the User pays for the services rendered.

  • Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Duwel Dev, LLC, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from using our Services or a breach of these Terms.

8. Force Majeure

  • Duwel Dev, LLC shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or unforeseen events.

9. Affiliate Links

  • We may recommend third-party products or services and, at times, may earn a commission for these referrals. All recommendations are based on our experience and are not influenced by any compensation received.

  • We adhere to FTC guidelines regarding affiliate disclosures.

     

10. Website Usage

  • Users agree not to misuse our website, including but not limited to engaging in fraudulent activities, distributing harmful software, or violating intellectual property rights.

  • Unauthorized use of any content on our website is prohibited unless explicitly permitted in writing by Duwel Dev, LLC.

  • Duwel Dev, LLC reserves the right to restrict access to the website or services if misuse is detected.

     

11. Changes to Terms

  • Duwel Dev, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms anytime. Users will be notified of significant changes through our website or email communications.
