DESCRIPTION:The General Services Administration\, Region 3\, Public Buildings Service\, Acquisition Management Division and Design & Construction Division will be holding a Low Embodied Carbon Materials Industry Day on January 25\, 2024 at 9:30AM-11:00AMEST (Subject to change). \nThis event will provide businesses with an opportunity to learn about potential procurement opportunities related to lower embodied carbon materials for the region including the following materials we will be utilizing: concrete\, glass\, steel\, and asphalt. \nBusinesses will also have the ability to discuss and share their capabilities with project management and contracting staff. \nIf you are a general contractor or manufacturer specializing in lower embodied carbon materials we would like to hear from you. \nPlease respond with a letter of interest with the following information: \n1. Provide your status as a large or small business. If you are a small business please specify if you are an 8(a)\, woman-owned small business\, service-disabled veteran-owned small business\, or HUBZone small business. \n2. Provide a capability statement. \n3.
